I almost forgot to report on this project remains. I have 32 full and 2 half squares knitted from dyed yarn leftovers and they joined together to form a square, the outside is knitted a border and in the middle of a turtleneck.
Then I have given away the neck warmer, and I forgot to take photo of the finished part.
