My name is Leo and I train operating since autumn 2007. Mainly I'm Fighter Fitness , but on my way I have elements of performance gymnastics, bodybuilding , Crossfit , Powerlifting (= Powerlifting) and other fitness-types in my workouts.
result I have a very wide range of exercise repertoire and attack again and again to new things.

is important to me, to show that a strong and beautiful body is accessible by anyone and no expensive equipment or gym necessary for a healthy basic fitness.

It will be primarily short Trainingstips and videos of my workouts and general knowledge of bodybuilding, powerlifting, etc.
